4) Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, shipping carrier, or custom production times for personalized products.
Mikes Gift List is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.
5) Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Because many of our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has begun, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact hello@mikesgiftlist.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6) Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, product photos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Mikes Gift List and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view or print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution of content without written permission is prohibited.
